Soleta co-founded award-winning Rogan Productions with James Rogan in 2013 and, in addition to operational responsibilities as MD, she performs Executive Producer roles across the slate. She is on the Board of the Edinburgh TV Festival and is a management member of peer network group, We Are Doc Women.
Renowned for their impactful and socially driven storytelling, Rogan Productions continue their legacy of crafting award-winning, emotionally resonant documentaries that spotlight critical issues and amplify underrepresented voices.
Recent standout credits include Grenfell: Uncovered (Netflix), Backlash: The Murder of George Floyd (BBC), and The Search for Nicola Bulley (BBC). Other critically acclaimed work includes Defiance: Fighting the Far Right (Channel 4), Freddie Mercury: The Final Act (BBC), Signs for Change with Rose Ayling-Ellis (BBC), and The Final: Attack on Wembley (Netflix).
Rogan’s Scottish base in Glasgow, Rogan Scotland, was founded in 2021 and has seen recent successes with the likes of The Rise and Fall of Michelle Mone (BBC), Becoming Frida Kahlo (BBC) and the highly anticipated upcoming documentary The Secret Of Me (Film 4/Channel4).
