Rogan Productions specialises in using high-end documentary as a platform for creating challenging, human and delightful filmmaking. Our team is made up of award-winning directors and producers.

Angie Mason

Director

Angie joined the Rogan Productions team in November 2014. She has produced and directed many Panoramas and also current affairs & arts documentaries.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jonathan Welch

Since joining Rogan Productions in 2021, Jonny has worked across a variety projects in both production and editorial.

Mark Hedgecoe

Head of Rogan Scotland

Mark has most recently led Pacific Quay Productions for BBC Studios in Glasgow. Mark will spearhead the launch of Rogan Scotland and is responsible for overseeing all production and development from the Glasgow base.

Nicholas Franklin

Head of Production

Nick’s output ranges from award-winning documentaries to drama and current affairs. His credits include renowned films and series including David Harewood: Psychosis and Me (BBC2), Catching Killers (Netflix), Charlie Hebdo: Three Days That Shook Paris (Channel4/Smithsonian), 

Paula Stanbridge-Faircloth

Paula is an experienced marketing professional with over a decade of experience in comms and PR roles. She joined Rogan Productions in 2020 as their Marketing and Social Media Manager and has worked to promote 20+ titles to date, with many of the documentaries picking up awards along the way. 

Sian Haddow

Sian is a South African ex-pat who joined the Rogan Productions Glasgow office in 2022, realising her childhood dream to work within the film and TV industry in production management, to which she brings a strong creative spirit and a highly organised personality.

Xinlan Rose

Her most recent credits include the high-profile investigation Russell Brand: In Plain Sight for Channel 4 (5* from the Guardian, Independent & Telegraph) and The Clinic about the rise and fall of Tavistock Gender Identity Development Service for children for ITV (4* from the Guardian and Telegraph).
