Soleta Rogan
Managing Director
Soleta co-founded Rogan Productions in 2013 and in addition to operational responsibilities, performs Executive Producer and Production Executive roles across the slate. She is on the Board of the Edinburgh TV Festival and is a management member of peer network group, We Are Doc Women.
James Rogan
Creative Director
James Rogan is an award-winning director, producer and founder of Rogan Productions. James has extensive experience making landmark series and international feature documentaries.
Mark Hedgecoe
Head of Rogan Scotland
Mark has most recently led Pacific Quay Productions for BBC Studios in Glasgow. Mark will spearhead the launch of Rogan Scotland and is responsible for overseeing all production and development from the Glasgow base.
Nicholas Franklin
Head of Production
Nick’s output ranges from award-winning documentaries to drama and current affairs. His credits include renowned films and series including David Harewood: Psychosis and Me (BBC2), Catching Killers (Netflix), Charlie Hebdo: Three Days That Shook Paris (Channel4/Smithsonian),
Jenny Popplewell
Head of Factual, London
Jenny joined the London team in June 2025
Sian Haddow
Sian is a South African ex-pat who joined the Rogan Productions Glasgow office in 2022, realising her childhood dream to work within the film and TV industry in production management, to which she brings a strong creative spirit and a highly organised personality.
Holly Hillyard
Holly joined Rogan Productions as a Marketing Executive in 2024. Holly started her career in production before relocating to LA where she worked in Event Management for 10 years.
Paula Stanbridge-Faircloth
Paula is an experienced marketing professional with over a decade of experience in comms and PR roles. She joined Rogan Productions in 2020 as their Marketing and Social Media Manager and has worked to promote 20+ titles to date, with many of the documentaries picking up awards along the way.
Lena Kilner
Lena joined Rogan as Executive Assistant in 2023. Alongside managing the London office and supporting the Senior Team, she has been across the production slate; gaining credits for programmes including Defiance: Fighting the Far Right and ABBA: Against the Odds.
Merle Currie
Head of Unscripted Development
Prior to joining Rogan, Merle held executive producer positions across development and production at Firecrest Films and Label1. She developed and produced key premium unscripted Label1 titles including the award-winning series Hospital for BBC Two, Worlds Collide: The Manchester Bombing for ITV, Monkman and Seagull’s Genius Guide to Britain for BBC Two, Sixteen: Class of 2021 for C4 and Soldier: Made in Yorkshire for BBC One.
