Presented by Joan Bakewell
Directed by Angie Mason & James Rogan, Life At 100 looks at what life is like as a hundred year old. There are some 14,500 centenarians in the UK – a number due to double every ten years, which will make Britain’s population one of the oldest in the world. One in every three babies born now is likely to live to be at least 100. Distinguished investigator Joan Bakewell is dispatched across the nation to meet seven of the 14,500 centerarians currently living in the UK, questioning whether the nation is ready for this massive demographic shift.
For this project, Rogan Productions produced a series of promotional clips for digital marketing purposes in the run up to release of the documentary on TV. These clips were used to build an audience for the film across social media channels, and introduced audiences to the main characters featured in the film.
