Xinlan Rose is an Assistant Producer at Rogan Productions, working across production and development.
Her most recent credits include the high-profile investigation Russell Brand: In Plain Sight for Channel 4 (5* from the Guardian, Independent & Telegraph) and The Clinic about the rise and fall of Tavistock Gender Identity Development Service for children for ITV (4* from the Guardian and Telegraph).

While at Rogan Productions, she has come up with original ideas in areas including current affairs, politics, social issues and music which have moved into paid development and been commissioned by major broadcasters and SVODs. This has involved her securing and managing access to high-profile and sensitive contributors, generating original journalism, handling complex legal and compliance issues, carrying out in-depth research and drafting treatments.
Before working in TV, Xinlan was an Employment & Safeguarding lawyer at the law firm Farrer & Co, where she advised some of the UK’s top schools, universities and charities.
Xinlan also has a Journalism masters from City University and an undergraduate degree in English from Oxford University. She was selected for the Wonder Women TV’s 2022-23 mentoring scheme where she was mentored by Babita Bahal, Fremantle’s Group Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
